Robbie Jansky is a real professional and showed his exceptional skillset during my first investment house transaction. He is very knowledgable on the Houston market for investments as well. Robbie had the experience we needed at every step, from asking us the right questions to find the perfect home for us, to assessing the Houston areas we considered, and helping us manage paperwork during closing. He was patient in answering all our questions and helped us follow up with each task so nothing important was left behind; like receiving/sending/filling paperwork for our lender, title company, HOA etc. He also had helpful tips about home insurance, home warranty, contractors and many other details. As a first home buyer, I felt Robbie made sure we were covered in every area and understood the rights/obligations of owning a house. AND He has a great attitude! You want a realtor that takes the stress out of home-buying when the paperwork gets tricky… My husband and I fully recommend Robbie and would come back to him for any other real estate transaction.
