I did not expect the level of service provided by Robbie Jansky. In addition to efficiently handling the sales transaction Robbie went beyond in his negotiations with the buyer. He assessed the buyer's needs and wants in a way not obvious to me and exacted a favorable contract including not only costs but closing terms. I would only not hesitate but would prefer using Robbie again if the need arose.

When there’s 2500 miles between you and the house you need to sell, it is essential to find someone trustworthy, someone who can be your “boots on the ground.” For me that person was Robbie Jansky, an exceptional person, an outstanding realtor. In an era when it becomes daily more challenging to separate truth from lies, finding an expert in this sea of misdirection and manipulation is almost impossible. After interviewing numerous realtors, I reduced the candidates to three, booked my flight to Houston, and drove from the airport in lashing rain thinking anxiously of hurricanes. The following day, it was one appointment after another. The first realtor attempted to flabbergast me with data to prove he didn’t need to do any work, and I said goodbye. Another was so uppity that she had no intention of handling the sale herself, and then there was Robbie. One is at once impressed by his directness and honesty and very soon after that his knowledge not only of the real estate market, but also of modern methods of marketing. Furthermore, he did not attempt to win me over by overpricing the house just to get a listing, nor did he under price it as one agent wanted to do in order to flip it. With Robbie, communication was always open and fluid. If you want someone to do battle for you in the tricky world of real estate, someone who can get the quickest sale and highest price, I unreservedly recommend Robbie Jansky.
