I bought a house in June of last year and Matt was my realtor. He did a great job putting in many offers quickly. He even put in an offer on the spot right after we looked at a house. We knew it was a winner and would get multiple offers. He sent the buyer a picture of our family and explained to them the type of people that would be taking their place in the neighborhood. I thought he went above and beyond to help us get what we wanted. He's a great guy and a family man. I,consider Matt a good friend and would recommend him to anyone that wants to purchase a house.
