Matthew Renteria was an awesome realtor to work with! I am overly impressed with his work and how quickly he found the perfect home for me and my family. I mentioned to Matthew that I needed to find a home within a certain area to ensure my child wouldn't change schools AND stay within a certain price range and not only did he accept the challenge, but he found a home and made arrangements with the seller's realtor for a viewing within a few hours. I decided not to purchase it, but later that day, Matthew found another home and was able to schedule a viewing the next business day!
Matthew was extremely helpful, understanding, patient, and kept me well informed throughout the whole process. He also made it a priority to be present for all of my appointments (viewings, walk-through, closing) which is a plus for me.
I'm extremely grateful to have had Matthew working with me and I would definitely recommend him to others and work with him again in the future.
