My condo was unshown for 45 days while waiting for a potential buyer. Martha was overly-concerned about this buyer, a fellow realtor. When I questioned the matter, her comments were belittling towards me. I was never notified of my rights and lost time and money, since I was paying for storage and an empty condo because I followed the good faith agreement and moved out. Another realtor sold the condo and arranged the contract; Martha received commission. Not a good representation of realtors!
