I am 85, live out of state and do not travel. Martha sold the condo my sister had lived in for years before her death. She treated me like her family member arranging to have my sister s belongings sold, supervised workmen, chose carpet, paint, flooring, a new range and a rug. She even hosted a memorial service for my sister. Martha held my hand during the entire process. She was very positive and communicative. She made sure I understood the entire process every step of the way. Because of her extensive experience as a realtor, she knew what to expect under various circumstances and could put me at ease. She went way beyond what I would expect of a realtor and I consider her a good friend. She walks on water .
