I highly recommend Kasia. She is smart, organized, efficient, and market savvy. This is our 3rd closed and completed deal with Kasia. It was for a sale process. If we were to do a 4th deal for a buy or sale of home, I would 100 work with Kasia again. I found Kasia through a recommendation from a graduate school friend. Now that my husband and I have completed a few sale buy processes in different cities, it s very obvious that Kasia was the best of the best. Things that made it easy to work with Kasia: -- Calm demeanor, -- Clear and concise communication, -- Gave us a timeline so that we could plan ahead which is so important in a sale process, -- Analytical. Priced our home using comps, our specific family needs, and her knowledge of the market. The part where the initial price point of the home is set is very important, and I feel Kasia nailed it. -- Fantastic negotiator, I felt Kasia always advocated for us even when we did not think to ask, -- Kasia is a discerning person who knows things so if I had a question about schools, neighborhoods, vacation spots, pediatrician or dentist recommendation -- my go-to person is Kasia Sale processes are more complex than buy processes, but Kasia made it very low stress.
