This was my first home purchase in Houston. I could not have asked for a better relator. Kasia is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive. She always responded promptly. She knew the neighborhoods very well, giving me suggestions on areas that may be best suited for me. Most of all, she and her team put personal touches on the process. I always felt I was a priority for them. I was completely confident knowing she was representing me.

I highly recommend Kasia. She is smart, organized, efficient, and market savvy. This is our 3rd closed and completed deal with Kasia. It was for a sale process. If we were to do a 4th deal for a buy or sale of home, I would 100 work with Kasia again. I found Kasia through a recommendation from a graduate school friend. Now that my husband and I have completed a few sale buy processes in different cities, it s very obvious that Kasia was the best of the best. Things that made it easy to work with Kasia: -- Calm demeanor, -- Clear and concise communication, -- Gave us a timeline so that we could plan ahead which is so important in a sale process, -- Analytical. We have now worked with Kasia on several transactions, including renting out our property, selling a home and purchasing our new home. Kasia helped us feel comfortable throughout the negotiation phase which can, at times, be an intimidating process. She was always available for us and communicated thoroughly every step of the process, we felt well-informed of what was happening and what was ahead. Buying or selling a home is an emotional process but we always appreciated Kasia s honesty and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
