Jose went above and beyond his level of responsivities as my listing agent. He had great resources such as inspectors, insurance agent, and more, that helped me get my house ready and up to PAR to ensure the new buyers inspection was flawless and no repairs were needed. He was proactive with the not just inspections items, but staging of the home. In addition he did an in depth research on properties that would be comparable to mine therefore when we listed the home, it was based on a factual and supporting data of the current market value. He also had a clear understanding of the upgrades in the home that actually added value and we made sure when listing the home, that such items were something the public could learn about the home. He was amazing at his follow up. When he did open houses, he captured all contact information for the potential buyers and follow up with out me even asking to do so. The buyers that ended up buying my home, were clients that Jose had kept in touch with from day one. There is no way that this would not have happened if he had not followed up.
