Jessica was an amazing realtor and asset as we searched for our forever home. Coming from a small area to a larger area and having a search radius of quite the stretch she worked tirelessly to stay on top of the market and new information. We have three children and Jessica went above and beyond locating school information, parks, area churches and more. Even after a couple deals didn't go as planned she reassured us thru each step with positive words and ideas on which route to take next. Having Jessica at our side made our forever home search not only a memorable one but one that was filled with trust and a comfort in our realtor.
Jessica never left us with questions she didnt get an answer too and was always professional and extremely competent in all she did. I truly hope that others are blessed enough to find such an attentive and dedicated realtor for their forever home search.

Jessica was very receptive to what my roommate and I were looking for and found us a great location at a very reasonable price. She was extremely helpful in locating a rental property that met our needs. Jessica was professional, diligent, responsive, always positive, and helpful in helping find my next home. She went over all of my wants and disqualifies and really understood what I was looking for on the front end. Jessica then poured over every property in my indicated area and wrote detailed notes pointing out which properties were the best fits, which were potentials, and which would not be worth viewing.
She then went out of her way to meet me after work (6pm) to start touring properties in the time frame that worked for me. Every property we saw Jessica had already prepared me for what would work, what might be above my budget just a bit, and what I might not like but could be worth seeing. Each property she hit the nail on the head.
I ended up with the first property we viewed, which she thought I would like best... turns out she was correct. (We viewed quite a few more)
It was a great experience working with Jessica and I would again in an instant.
