If I could give Jessica 6 stars I would. To say our process was complicated would be the biggest understatement however Jessica was always there each step of the way and went above and beyond anything we could have ever asked for. If you need someone that's responsive and will chase things down for you then Jessica is your agent. In addition she is extremely knowledgeable about the Houston market which was really important to us as we were moving from out of town. She was really patient with us as we had a lot of questions and since we were only available to meet up with her on weekends she would always find time in her schedule to show us homes.
Jessica also has great relationships in the industry (i.e lenders, inspectors) that we were able to utilize and help speed up the buying process. In summary if you want someone that has deep knowledge about the Houston market, has great relationships in the industry, will provide you her input on perspective homes while not coming across as pushy or trying to force you into buying a particular home and will bend over backwards to get you in a home as quickly as possible then Jessica is the agent for you.

Jessica Smith was very thorough in explaining the entire process to me. She was available at all times and always gave me a call back if she missed a call. This was my first home purchase and she kept me within my budget and found me the house i wanted. After looking at about 10 houses, she brought me to a house that had just came on the market.
