We live out of town and were concerned about having to drive to Houston every weekend to deal with the house but instead Jennifer took care of everything for us and we never had to go back. Jennifer kept us posted on a daily basis on the status and went way above and beyond in getting the house ready. The house needed small repairs and Jennifer took care of finding contractors and overseeing all the repairs and sent us pictures of everything. She did a really fantastic job.
