I contacted Jennifer initially because of comments I had seen about her on Zillow. Well, they were all true! She is GREAT!
She had my house cleaned, repaired, staged, pass inspection, appraisal was right on the money, and closed in less than 60 days! She has a team of repair/maintenance people that will get things done in a timely manner and at reasonable prices.
I cannot say enough good things about her performance as a realtor. She communicates with you in a timely manner (and I was an out of state seller, so this was critical) and explains everything in detail.
She is truly a professional in her business and I would highly recommend you speak to her before talking to anyone else. She will be honest with you and you will feel very comfortable handing the sale of your home over to her. You will be impressed!
