Elaine went a little beyond our expectations I figured we d have an open house but we had several She also sent a lady to stage and advise which items ought to be removed to de-personalize the house. We got advice on such things as what towels to leave out and decorations to add, leave, or remove. She checked on us every other day at least and gave us an update on views and comments of potential buyers. All and all, she was our best cheerleader
