Debbie Rhoden was a consummate professional throughout. She even, at one point, offered to give up part or all of her commission because we had been through some bizarre and unforeseen experiences in our attempts to pruchase a home. We made offers on 5 and all but the last one fell through for strange reasons that Ms. Rhoden, or any one in Turner Realty, had ever seen. Debbie Rhoden is highly recommended!

Our realtor was sweet & so patient with us which we really appreciated. We do wish the realtors however would have been more specific with negotiation wording in the contract. Though we know it came down to a not honest seller, at the end of the day the seller got what he wanted, realtors were paid, and we the buyers were highly taken advantage of with nothing to be done to fix the problem. We all learned a lesson. Overall, we would still use our realtor again.
