Debbie did an outstanding job marketing our house, particularly in light of the market dropping rapidly due to increasing interest rates. She held multiple Open Houses, consistently kept us informed on showings, potential offers, etc. We moved out of the country relatively early in the marketing process and Debbie handled coordinating inspections, repairs, etc., in our absence.
