Working with Cody AMAZING! His market knowledge was second to none. When we had a question,it was almost instantaneous we received a reply back with the answer and PLUS a little bit more! As we looked at houses Cody gave us our space and allowed me and my family to talk amongst and take in the house comfortably without pressure ,but as soon as we had a question or concern it was like Cody had ESP and was right by our side with anything we needed. I could go on and on about how great this experience was with Cody! Last but not least by any means, When my family and I finally found the house of our dreams and we let Cody know we wanted to make a offer Cody put his head down and attacked IMMEDIATELY and RELENTLESSLY fought to make our dreams come true as if he were his house!
