This is the second time we've worked with him and, just like the first time, we'll be recommending him to anyone we know of looking for a new place. He was incredibly responsive, attentive and efficient during our search. He answered all of our questions clearly and explained all details that we needed to know. Cody is by far one of the most thoughtful, hardworking professionals out there! He was DETERMINED to find us the absolute best home for our family two years in a row now. He is very knowledgeable about the market and knows how to compromise to get his clients the best deals possible. He is very honest and will tell you straight forward not to waste your time on something too, much appreciated!! Cody texted me the PERFECT home MINUTES after going on the market (maybe even seconds) and immediately scheduled a viewing for that weekend. We loved the place obviously - Cody listens carefully to all of our needs to ensure our wish list was met for both us and our dog. We applied the folkowing day, Cody took the time to write a personalized letter to the landlord recommending us as tenants and even amongst competing applications, CODY got us the home after being on the market for only 4 days! The icing on the cake was two months later when Cody had come across a free washer/dryer set (he knew we were renting a set) and offered to give it to us! His services are unbeatable and unbelievable and I recommend him to my friends and family every chance I get. Cody Mier and his team are the absolute best out there!
