Raul was accommodating and ensured that I did not have to worry about all the "back office" detail. Additionally, he had a wealth of knowledge around the structural and mechanical things to look at when evaluating a purchase. Lastly, my choice came down to a house that was his listing, vs one that wasn't. He didn't try to push me toward his listing.
