There was lack of communication, the real estate agent never followed up in leads and never kept us informed. We were told that she will reach out to corporate clients and she never did anything besides listing the property on MLS and reducing the price. I can not recommend this agent to anyone. We originally thought that we were using a Raul as our agent, but it seems like Brenna was assigned to our listing.

Nearly all of our clients agree on one thing, our greatest value is our cumulative knowledge of the market. When our clients follow our advice they benefit and when they don’t the market imposes consequences. Our agent, Brenna Dominguez, worked tiredlessly and through our maketing we were able to show this home to over 50 prospect tenants, in the end the market showed that in spite our best efforts to convey good advice to lower the listing price to a reasonable point our client did not agree.
