This looks more like an ad than a question. I think it is a fabulous idea to have a professional come in and baby proof your home and for agents representing buyers this would be a great opportunity to offer a more than special gift to your client.

When to start calling agents?


Find your agent now! Get to know the area's and ask for a custom search of active listings. They will move quickly so not much use in viewing them now but it will give you an idea of what is might be available when you are ready.
