There are probably 100's of small brokerages that do not charge a monthly fee... What I might suggest is that you look into a brokerage that has training and mentorship no matter what the split is or if there is a monthly fee.Posted 1 year ago

Great question.... I do not like it when the inspector gives the buyer price opinions because like with everything the rates can vary depending on who you hire, so the inspector says it's going to cost $300 to fix something and then the buyer hires more...Posted 9 years ago

Is It True I Need 20% down to get into a home?
