If you used promulgated lease contract, review terms of 14 (D) of your executed lease contract. Being a landlord, if tenants want 4 hour advance notice, I allow it. Specify that time in your new listing agreement with a realtor.Posted 6 years ago

Listing is best terminated by executed termination of listing agreement. Talk to realtor or their brokerage. Realtors often gets sellers representation signed by sellers before listing a home and they can terminate it if mutually agreed.Posted 5 years ago
