how do i find tax ID if it is not listed in appraisal district or realist?

I need to list new construction house for lease, but do not have tax ID no since in January 2017, there was no house on land. What do i enter in tax ID field?

You can run a search through county appraisal district, link below if in Harris county. Home builder should have this information, if not you can search the current property owner (If a builder there mat be a lot of results) or an address if its on file already. Either way there will be a Tax # regardless of weather or not the improvements have been made.

The land itself will still have a tax ID even though it doesn't reflect the improvements yet. You will need to enter this tax ID & manually enter the information regarding the home; i.e. square footage and instead of it coming from the appraisal district you will list builder as the reference.
