Why are there different prices for older and newer homes when purchasing a home warranty? ...


This is a good way to look at it. Most new homes comes with a builder warranty and the older homes may come with many future problems.

I strongly advise you to use a company that has good ratings with the BBB. So many scammers out there and a lot of companies are fly-by-night. Rising Prices and Relocation...


Hi Kelly,
Houston has a long way to go to catch with California metros and New york. Hence I think people from out of state still view Houston as relativelly cheap.

Are the boundary maps accurate and changing as fast as the district are rezoning?...

Pesticide spray inside and outside. Sweep, mop and vacuum carpet often. Keep the yard mowed every other week at least.
