1,728Do you think the rising prices in Houston will decrease our desirability for people relocating here from all over the country? Hi Kelly,
Houston has a long way to go to catch with California metros and New york. Hence I think people from out of state still view Houston as relativelly cheap.

I think investors are coming less to Houston, but still a lot of choice.

Depends on the neighborhood including other economic variables associated with the location and the overall net migration for that specific area.
