Yes, have heard of it. I think those of us who prefer being listing agents can get some benefit from this designation as long as we're marketing ourselves to sellers. In our market right now with low inventory I think this can be a valuable designation. Great Answers! No it does not unless it has been converted into a living space that has a heating/cooling unit in it. Alot of consumers have converted garages into living spaces. Especially if it not being used.Posted 12 years ago
