NAR has added Seller Representative Specialist to our REBAC Family! It is a great way for REALTOR? to understand how to work with sellers. Is anyone thinking about sining up at www.har.com/edu to take the course in November?

Yes, have heard of it. I think those of us who prefer being listing agents can get some benefit from this designation as long as we're marketing ourselves to sellers. It's one more feather in your cap and will separate you from the competition.
However, there is an annual fee (currently $99) to maintain this designation and be a member of SRS. Only you can determine if it's worth the annual fee. Personally, to pay to maintain a designation is kind of like being told you can't be an alumni unless you pay your university every year!
Some sellers are impressed by credentials and if you have a couple of sales because of it than it is a worthwhile investment.

Katrina, I have been looking into various classes to take over the next few months, this is one class I would be interested in taking.
