After speaking on the phone with Amra it became evident quickly that she understood some of the challenges that she would face working with us. She had a great attitude and I felt comfortable talking with her on the phone about all of our needs. I talked to other agents, and after comparing them I realized she understood right off the bat our needs.
I thought it would be extra challenging since I was moving from another state to Texas, but she made the experience very easy by volunteering to do things on my behalf so I didn't have to travel back and forth so often.
I have high expectations of everyone I work with and she exceeded my expectations in so many different ways and I will recommend her to everyone I know who is looking for a new home in the Houston Area.

Amra represented the buyers of our previous home. Amra represented her clients well and successfully navigated them through a multiple offer situation. They beat two all cash offers one of which was for the same value but with several non real estate items included. Amra made sure she knew what it would take to win and did a great job communicating to seal the deal without overpaying. At the time we had a house under contract but the deal fell through after inspection leaving us with less than 30 days to find and close on an alternative. After identifying an alternative property we contacted Amra as we had not used a listing agent and as her performance had shown she had what it would take to get deals done, align closings, etc. Amra showed us the property in question and we were under contract again in 48 hours snd closed within 30 days. Amra helped navigate a 7 day delay in closing due an ice storm and was proactive in pushing for completion of recommended repairs. Overall Amra is an effective communicator and did a great job in determining what it would take to get deals done. I would use her again and would recommend her services to anyone.
