Amra overall is a great person. She definitely cares about what you are looking for and will not try to get you to purchase anything you don't like. She wants you to find exactly what you are looking for. If you are selling or buying she will let you know up front this is this and that is that. No in between. I like that about her. Up front and tell you how it is. She is not about making a quick buck to satisfy her pocket. She actually cares that you get what's needed to satisfy her customers. I can go on and on how great she is. But I'm sure whoever reads this gets the point. Highly recommended!!!!! Thanks Amra for all that you done for me. I'll be sending you more work. ?

We totally trusted Amra Koy's judgement. At the very first meeting, she came prepared with information about recent sells in the area and what we should set as an asking price. Amra was the buyers agent for a home I listed independently via listing spark. There were 10 offers on the home in the first day. Amra's clients wanted the house and she did a great job of representing their interests and understanding what factors would influence my decision on offer selection. Her clients got the house. Amra did such a good job that I contacted her following the sale to represent me for the purchase of my next home. Once again she did a great job and helped us to secure the home at a fair price. Based on these prior interactions I used Amra again when we were looking to purchase a vacation property. Once again, Amra helped our family secure a fantastic property and helped us successfully navigate a multiple offer scenario without a bidding war. Amra also helped us negotiate furnishings and appliances following the offer acceptance. Amra is prompt and clear with her communications and works effectively with sellers/agents. I would use her to represent me again in subsequent purchases.
