Geri attended J. Frank Dobie High School and earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Houston. When not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. Geri takes advantage of the plentiful array of outdoor activities on clear lake and Galveston's beaches.

Travis Manning takes his role as a realtor very seriously. Savannah is a graduate from Penn State University with a BS in Management & Marketing. Soon after graduation, she has found her home here in the Clear Lake area. When she's not in the office, she loves enjoying all things outdoors, from hiking and kayaking, and spending time with her family and sweet chocolate lab, Chewie.
