I am also a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and served as an auditor with one of the largest global accounting firms for numerous years, which provides me a unique set of skills to service my clients. Additionally, I work with a team of Licensed Real Estate Investors who invest in short term flip properties as well as long term buy and hold properties. We also have a construction company that does all of the flip projects, so I am familiar with the construction repair costs.     Yankang is the most responsive agent I have ever met. Her insights are very professional and helpful. For example, she would tell the truth that a house looks good under current hot market, but may not be a good choice when market calm down. It means if I buy it then I would probably have issues when I sell it out later. Also, she would never recommend you to waive the inspection even if that is something other agents are doing, in order to win. Instead, she would have an inspector react promptly and get the inspection done on the same day. We had a long discussion during several weeks to find my family a decent house. She responded every of my messages and provided as much as details as she could. Then she showed us this property the same day as it was posted. Everything was smooth and we are going to move in next week! We appreciate Yankangs help and definitely would recommend to everyone we know.
