Wendy Welsh has lived, loved and enjoyed her entire life here in the center of Montgomery County; putting Montgomery County and surrounding area in the center of her heart. Growing up in the area she has watch these small towns grow from bedroom communities along the shores of Lake Conroe into one of the fasting developing counties in America. Flourishing with the area, Wendy was raised to serve. Commencing her real estate career as an independent appraiser, adding her real estate license, the two becoming the broker of Mariner Realty for 22 years. As broker she served as mentor and leader of a customer service driven team of highly experience agents; while handling a plump desk of her own. In May of 2018 Coldwell Banker United paid the ultimate compliment as they acquired Wendy's team of agents, office staff and realty firm Mariner Realty. Combined with the Coldwell Banker United Lake Conroe office this new powerhouse realty firm has become a market leader in Montgomery County overnight; while affording Wendy the ability to return to her original love, helping people clench their dreams. Sarah has grown up in the Montgomery County area and moved to the Lake Conroe area 5 years ago. She graduated from University of Houston-DT and became a school teacher. After teaching in the Spring and Aldine School districts, she decided she wanted to challenge herself in a new career. Sarah became a real estate agent and went to work for Blake & Associates Realty. She wears many hats at Blake & Associates Realty and has gained tremendous experience from her mentor, Jeff Blake. She has gained experience in residential real estate, commercial real estate, rentals, property management, and much more. Sarah has a knack for advertising and marketing real estate. She is a motivated self starter who is enjoying her new venture and never backs down to a challenge.

I am a Native Houstonian and my Mother, Sister and I got our broker's licenses in 1975. At that time, I was one of the youngest women in Texas to have a Broker's license!
