He who doens't want to be general is not a good soldier! Some are born leaders and some followers. As for me, being a leader is more natural than being a follower, especially when I meet a leader without the same vision and love.
Thus when the time was right, I got my broker's license and set up my own company: 3H Realty LLC.
It means more flexibility but more responsibility is imposed on me.
It gives more freedom but more learning is needed from me.
It is also a life-long growing process.
