I was raised in Waller County. This has given me an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people. I became a licensed real estate agent in 2018. My work experience hasn't always been in real estate. I spent years in professional printing before working for Waller ISD for 18 years, gaining a ton of friends including co-workers and former students all the while putting on local benefits to help people in the community, I was also a former volunteer of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for many years before retiring; it is only natural that I is able to combine my love of Waller, and surrounding counties with the love of wanting to help people, to now developing a successful real estate business. I am lucky enough to have turned my personal passion into my career and have spent the last couple years helping others find their home while also finding that perfect buyer for a home. You've probably heard that turning something you love into your career means you'll never have to work a day in your life. I have completely embraced that mindset as I work all hours of the day and every day of the year to help others find and sell their homes. And I LOVE EVERY MINUTE OF IT. The customer service industry is where I have been drawn to from the beginning. Being a small business owner, I wanted to build a foundation based on honesty and integrity. Those principles carry over into my vision for assisting the public in achieving real estate goals. Building relationships and going above what is expected are some areas that I focus my business on. One of my favorite quotes is, " Build your dreams, or somebody will hire you to build theirs." This is the way I try to live my life. I would like to take the opportunity to introduce ourselves and tell you a little bit about us.

First of all we are a husband and wife real estate team.  Brent was born and raised in Waller and had always wanted to move back here. In 1992 we purchased some land in northeast Waller County. We began clearing our property on the weekends, setup a travel trailer, and would come out every weekend. It became harder each time we came out to go back to Houston. 

Brent had always been interested in real estate and decided that that would give us the opportunity to work and live here. So in 1999 he became a licensed real estate agent, talked me into it in 2003. In May 2019 I earned my broker's license and we opened our real estate office, Red Dirt Realty Group, LLC in June 2019. 

We have never regretted our decision to go into real estate. We have had the opportunity to meet some great people, show and sell beautiful ranches, homes, acreage, even beach properties. Real estate is never boring and every deal is different, unique, offers challenges, but always rewarding. 

I have lived in the Waller County area for over twenty years. My husband and I have raised three children in the Waller School district and we both very involved in the local community. I know that I can help you to find that perfect home or property in a town that I love. Today the market competition is constantly increasing. I am a native Houstonian. I have been married for 24 years to a wonderful man and both of us are heavily involved in community functions with the local chamber of commerce and economic development groups. I have three very active daughters; two that just graduated Texas A & M University and the third is married with our first grandbaby. I have always loved long drives in the country looking for exciting new places. When in town, I could never resist touring the new model homes in the latest subdivisions.
