Ginny and her team recently sold our home in Oak Forest and provided 5 star service that exceeded our expectations for what a real estate firm provides. From the initial consultation through signing the final contract, Ginny was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Robin is a valuable addition to Ginny’s team and did a great job coordinating a “Make Ready” and house staging. After initial consultation, Ginny recommended work that needed to be done to get our home ready for sell. Robin arranged all contractors and oversaw the work to a high quality finished product. Ginny was great during the negotiation process and her personable nature enabled her to keep all parties calm and moving towards closing. Ledwell Realty was great to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for full service home selling or buying. These ladies are hard workers and will sell your home quickly for the best price.
