Extremely prejudiced against others who are not Asian experienced a very racial encounter while attempting to purchase a home she did an awful job representing the seller. When contacted about the situation she went ghost after seller agreed to accept my offer. During this time, her staff was rude to us and we were responding with facts. It left us with a very bad impression and she refused to continue with our transaction. We went to her office to clear the misunderstanding and she refused to settle. She told her employee to say she wasn’t there however we heard her upstairs, (where she currently lives) went to speak with her and all hell broke loose. We were physically assaulted by her and verbally. We filed a police complaint against her. Never got that property. I hope her business practices are not common to others who aren’t Asian Would never use her

In July, Trinh consulted with me on my investment property. Her expertise spans all of Houston but she was extremely knowledgeable about my pocket of interest. She was not afraid to tell me that i needed to change my approach and helped nail down my parameters. Because of her honesty & leadership skills, i was able to make the correct decision moving forward.

Trinh (and Melissa) were amazing allies to have on your home-buying side! Trinh is a walking encyclopedia of Houston real estate expertise and is so transparent with that knowledge of homes and the buying process. She'll shoot you straight with any house that may "seem" like a gem but has costly issues beneath the surface, even if that means a sale is delayed for her. Trinh is extremely passionate, friendly, and communicative. That shows through how quickly, persistently, and thoroughly she follows up with valuable information from the seller's side and online sources. Plus, every offer constructed had custom negotiation points that Trinh helped put together so we were always more comfortable knowing we were getting a good deal. If you're able to partner with Trinh and her team, you'll be in good hands!

It was a pleasure to work with Trinh. She helped me with the sale of my house. She took care of everything, everything, repairs, everything etc. Her staff is also extremely helpful. Before the sale, Trinh also helped me and managed my property. She is honest and always looks after the interest of her clients.
