Toyia is nothing short of amazing! Unfortunately, we had MANY issues with our new construction home (contract was signed in September 2020 but we did not close until February 2022) and our saving grace was having Toyia there to help us through the entire process! She is so sweet, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She never hesitated to answer our calls/texts whenever we needed her. I do not know how we wouldve survived our home buying process without her. You will not regret using her as your realtor!
All I can say is that I am so grateful to have met Toyia. Her team was able to get me into a beautiful home when I thought it would be nearly impossible. The process was so much easier than I thought it would be and my home is everything I wanted. I feel blessed beyond measure.
