Mr. Zambrano is a great real state agent! He meet with us an answer any questions we had and went over the upcoming steps to buy a house really carefully an in terms that both my mom an I understood. He never complained with the many questions we had as new home buyers. After, we found the perfect house he still explained all the process. Oscar is very Knowledgeable when it comes to all aspects of purchasing a home. He did not rush us. He took the time and and listen to exactly what we wanted and was able to find us a perfect place to call home. Not only did he know about buying a home, he knew about the process of building a home. We decided to build a house and he walked us thru the entire process. Each week for six months he kept in contact with us and the builder. He drove out of his way to meet us every few weeks to check on the building process. At times when we were not available, he drive out to the property and took pictures to keep us updated. If you or someone you know are looking to sell or buy a home, I highly recommend Oscar. We have bought and sold a home before from another realtor and did not have the same experience.
