In 2016, I began my real estate career with the renowned and respected Century 21 real estate agency. Over the course of the next six years with Century 21, I worked diligently to build my skill, dedication, and relentlessly pursue client satisfaction with every sale. Fueled by a desire to take my career to the next step and provide an even higher level of service to my clients, I decided in 2022 to open my own brokerage, The Sold Company.


Today, I specialize in working with buyers, sellers, and investors in the greater Houston area, and Galveston and Brazoria counties. Experience/Education:

Originally licensed over 20 years ago, Nicole has helped hundreds of families buy and sell their homes. In her first two years as a Realtor, she received the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and GRI (Graduate of REALTOR Institute) designations, and more recently received the SMP (Social Media Pro) and CSMS (Certified Strategic Marketing Specialist) designations. Currently, Nicole is taking the final courses to apply for her Texas Broker license.

Nicole has been licensed in three states- Virginia, Pennsylvania & Texas. She understands the challenges of relocating to a new area and uses her experiences to help her clients, putting herself in their shoes and tries to give them as much information as possible to make the best decision for their family.

About Me:

Nicole is married with three children, two sons and a daughter as well as a two adorable grandsons. Nicole lives in the Cypress/Tomball area with her husband, and they frequent their beach house on the Texas coast. In her free time she volunteers in a local Coastal Conservation Association chapter where she serves as Vice President. She enjoys fishing, gardening, cooking and motorcycle riding.

Cathy Carter is the Broker/Owner for Carter Signature Properties, a Texas Private Residential & Commercial Real Estate Agency.

Cathy's experience in managing and owning short and long term rentals, in conjunction with commercial lease and investment property experience she successfully leads her clients to profitable opportunities.

Residential real estate remodeling and sales is how Cathy began her real estate career. Remodeling and selling numerous homes and is a successful independent residential agent, thanks to her marketing and negotiating skills.

Cathy has 15 years of Fortune 500 management experience in addition to a Bachelor's of Business Degree and as a multi-million dollar single agent producer, Cathy will successfully lead Carter Signature Properties and its agents into the future.

After graduating from Texas A&M in 2016, I acquired my real estate license and worked in College Station, TX until 2017. Life brought me to Surfside Beach, TX in January 2018, and I never looked back! I reactivated my license and began working with Suzan Zachariah to learn about the real estate on this wonderful little island. I acquired my broker license and founded Gulf Coast Realty, a full-service brokerage, in 2022. I continue to serve Surfside Beach and surrounding coastal areas.
