Shelley was, from start to finish, very communicative and extremely helpful when looking for a rental property. She made it very easy to see what our options were by sending us an updated list of properties ever so often. She made sure she knew exactly what we were looking for and she made sure we didn’t have to settle for anything less. We’re in love with our new home and we couldn’t of done it without Shelley’s assistance. Very thorough, very clear when giving instructions, attentive, made available even in the hours she didn’t need to be, consistent, trusting, the list goes on. HIGHLY recommend using Shelley to find your dream home!

Shelley has been amazing to work with! She is extremely knowledgeable of the house market, understanding, and patient. We were a bit overwhelmed by the whole process, but I’m very glad Shelley was by our side. She was very attentive to our concerns and it was always genuine. We began looking for a home in Spring, Texas a little over a year and a half ago as we planned to move from the DFW area when the time was right. We would take time to visit open houses anytime we were in the Spring area during that time. It was at one of these open houses that we met the realtor we knew we wanted to represent us when we were ready to purchase our home. Of all the homes we visited during that time, we kept only one business card, and that was for Shelley Odom with Keller Williams. Shelley was like a breath of fresh air. She was very energetic, professional, and really listened to what we wanted. She communicated with us regularly, and most importantly she was happy and made the whole process fun. We laughed by finding humor in things that we might have otherwise seen as stressful. She went to bat for us when necessary, and took time to educate us about all aspects of buying a home in today’s market. Thank you, Shelley, for all you did for us. Not only did you represent us well in the purchase of our home, but we feel we have been doubly blessed by making a wonderful new friend as well.

Shelley was very detail oriented with every aspect of the sale of my dads house. She is very positive and upbeat and very knowledgeable of the market. It was a pleasure working with her and I will definitely use her for all of my real estate needs!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Shelley Odom. You can tell from her social media posts that she cares deeply about her clients and that quality bares out in real life. Small moments like a quick picture on closing day and check-in text messages demonstrate her dedication to her clients. She is remarkably human and her positivity is infectious. She’s a perfect realtor for inexperienced home buyers. She explains everything in detail and is patient with questions. It’s apparent her purpose is fully preparing her client for the dynamic nature of the real estate market. Her online presence further underlines her focus on educating clients. My adventure began at the end of the pandemic real estate boom and continued through the trying summer of rising interest rates. Throughout it all, Shelley was my guide and life preserver. She adapts as quickly as the market changes and ensures her clients are kept well informed. Shelley also has a network of trusted industry partners, everything from lenders to contractors, to ensure her clients have the best experience at every stage of the buying/selling process.
