Shawn Green

A native Houstonian, Shawn attended Tulane University and graduated with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and later received his MBA with concentrations in Finance and Management. Shawn has worked in the Energy Industry for over 20 years and have held assignments across the US and Internationally. Having moved and relocated back to Houston several times, Shawn knows the importance of having a Realtor who knows the city and can develop strategies to meet Client's needs.

Although Shawn loves working within the Energy Industry, he has maintained his passion for real estate. He enjoys helping Clients find that dream home they can call their own. Shawn is enthusiastic about real estate investing as well. He has quickly become known as the "Investor Realtor" and has a knack for "running the numbers" to find those hidden gems. He has purchased and maintained his own personal investment properties and always looks forward to helping Clients build their own real estate portfolio. Along the way, he has purchased and sold several homes, built custom homes, and renovated investor properties from top-to-bottom.
