Ashli and Stephanie are the dream team. They guided us through the process of selling our home, renting back, and finding a new house seamlessly. The have an incredible knowledge of the market, know how to position your house to sell, and how to negotiate the best price for you when buying. Highly recommend working with them and we will certainly use them again in the future.

Cabby + Christina (and Yel) are such a wonderful team to work with. We love that they communicated promptly, made videos to help guide us through each step along the way and are knowledgeable and well researched so that we always felt supported. Cabby helped my wife and I navigate our first home purchase and made it a breeze. Being first time home-buyers, we had a lot of questions. Cabby gave us prompt answers and went above and beyond by pointing out things that we need to look out for. He also provided valuable recommendations for high-quality vendors such as mortgage broker, inspector insurance, and contractors. I am happy with Cabby's service. We felt like he had our back. Cabby and Christina (and Yel) are phenomenal! Not only were they super communicative from the jump, but they’re easy to work with, have great taste and a solid clientele. We can’t thank them enough for renting our house out in 9 DAYS! Can’t beat that! Highly recommend.

One name: Annie Etzel! Annie helped us find a home and we were moved in within one week of reaching out to her. Annie communicated efficiently, set up infinite showings that we wanted to see, and answered all of our questions.
