Buying a house from 1500 miles is daunting to say the least, but Samantha was brilliant each step of the way. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. She was patient and answered any and all questions we had. If she didn't know the answer in the moment, she was prompt with getting the information and contacting us. Samantha is the perfect balance of professional and personal. She's amazing at what she does, but she also truly cares for her clients and always has their best interests at heart.

If you’re looking for a realtor who cares about her clients and goes above and beyond for them, Samantha is the perfect realtor for you! My husband and I decided to sell our home last minute and Samantha rose to the occasion with such short notice. She was polite, professional, and really did her research to price our house right, which I feel is the most important aspect of selling a house. We ended up with multiple offers, and Samantha helped guide us through the decision process. She made the whole experience of selling our home as seamless as possible, and was helpful in explaining the process and answering our questions. She also helped us find a nice rental home in our budget, which was no easy task considering the state of rent houses on the market. Again, she rose to the occasion and worked hard for us. We plan on buying in a year and we will without a doubt be utilizing Samantha’s expertise.

I have been acquainted with Samanta for a considerable period of time, and I hold her in high regard as a close friend. Therefore, when the decision arose to relocate back to Texas, it was a clear and obvious choice to entrust her with the responsibility of assisting us in purchasing our new home. The circumstances surrounding our move, including a strict 60-day deadline imposed by work, added a significant amount of pressure. Furthermore, the challenge of having to make a purchase without physically visiting the property only compounded the complexity of the situation. However, Samanta's extensive knowledge and expertise in the real estate field truly shone through. She went above and beyond to ensure that we had all the necessary information and resources at our disposal, making it incredibly easy for us to make the best choice.
