“Melissa is well known to our family and I have used her before in drawing up a rental property contract. It was time to sell my personal home and I knew who to go to for my realtor needs. She came out and inspected the house and after replacing a few ceiling fans and a new inside paint job the house was ready to get on the market. It was put on the market on a Friday and she was tasked to sell it before my birthday on Monday. She even set up an open house for that Sunday to get the house out there. On Saturday, within 24 hours of putting it on the market an offer was made as long as there was no open house, paid in full and signed the contract that night. Things went very quick and within 8 days the house was closed on. Great job Melissa ”
