I have had hundreds of contracts and interactions with homeowners over my years in business. The client interaction leading to the happy conclusion of a project and a referral or repeating customer is what I came to enjoy the most; the friendships made through my business in particular. Thats what made me gravitate into Real Estate. My bio starts in the 1990's.

In the early 90's I began to understand the value of hard work. With natural drive & a stout work ethic I secure positions in leadership fairly quickly in jobs. Putting in years of consistent effort, I eventually earned a place as the top producer in charge of of multiple consecutive projects in 10 years. I continued to excel, working for many different companies along the way. I now understood the scope of my high payoff activities & skill sets that set me apart from my managing peers. A natural networking personality with a higher regard to the importance of timeliness, schedule, meticulous documentation, & the consistency in conveyance of clear messaging in all communications to respective parties related to my projects. in 2007 I decided to take my experiences and set a new goal of becoming a independent businessman. I have been self employed since.
-Real Estate Sales- A Real Estate transaction is likely one of the largest & most complex events people will do in life; It felt like a natural fitting business to me right away. We all wish to have a service provided by a professional who is organically authentic, exudes integrity, honesty, competency and drive.
