Rashad helped to get me into a beautiful apartment in a great location. Process was simple and stress free, and the whole application from submission to approval only took a couple days. Rashad and his team helped me rent out my place. Thr attention to details, explaining everything to me clearly and helping me understand the complete process made the whoe thing a piece of cake. In 5 days, we had 7 applications in and Rashad and his team advised and consulted me on the tenants. They did a wonderful job. I will work with them again.
