When I first got started looking at real estate in Houston, I had a hard time finding the right realtor. However, that all changed when I walked into the open house where I met Janie. Her enthusiasm and interest in real estate got me interested in working with her as a realtor. That has been the best decision in my real estate development and investment journey. It is very rare to come by a realtor these days who is passionate about what they do and displays professionalism in every aspect of their career. One of the many reasons I like working with Janie is because she is very responsive and communicative with her clients and keeps them informed of everything that is going on. Her experience and knowledge working in this industry and knowing all the different parts of Houston has really been a huge beneficial factor in helping us succeed and knowing the best prices we should be able to buy or sell real estate at. For example, I am currently working with Janie to close on a vacant lot in Houston to get started on developing an investment property on. This deal that we have been working on together has been a very interesting deal. She is dedicated to helping us succeed and get through the hurdles as the Sellers have been very unresponsive and with her ambitious personality, she will get the job done and the Sellers to the table for us to close on the land. With her helping us every step of the way, I am confident that we will be successful in getting this deal closed and doing many more in the future! When my husband and I decided to purchase another home, there was only one person in mind that we wanted to help us make it happen! Brandi was a dream to work with! Britney is an absolutely fantastic realtor. She is caring, attentive, and remarkably knowledgeable about the local Houston market. Her can do, will win attitude makes her ideal realtor to partner with when you have limited knowledge of real estate or the local market. In addition, her preferred lender for financing was an extraordinary assist that saved me tens of thousands of dollars in financing costs. Britney is by far the most outstanding real estate professional that I have ever worked with and will be first call when I need assistance in the future.

My wife and I had been to a few open houses to try determine what we liked and didn’t like in our future home. Samantha was hosting the last one we attended and after speaking with her for a while we just clicked. We met that afternoon after her open house and realized we had finally found the perfect realtor for us. She is a lot of fun to work with and works tirelessly on our behalf! We just closed on our new home. Her help has carried over into helping us find and follow up with the right contractors to prepare our house like we want it prior to moving into it.
