I was with a broker that merged with homesmart. I did not like anything about Homesmart so I moved to another broker. Homesmart continued to charge my account for almost a year regardless of numerous phone calls and email to stop charging me. Very unethical company!

One of the worst groups around. At 1st agent was communicating then just disappeared. When I contacted the office/ broker they couldn't answer any questions and also sent me to the wrong state (Georgia). They took 1 week to get back with me after calling to get an update on when movie in would be available. I guess this is the kind of agency that only works when they need money.....trash service with trash communication!!

Very disrespectful agents that do not respect people and their time. From my experiences I would never use them period.
