“Patrick was great I ve used him twice to buy a house and once to lease a house. He s always had my best interest in mind. For example: - He made sure the builders completed everything in the agreed upon list before I closed. The builder tried to tell me it is good and will be done by closing time but Patrick made sure and he did an extra final walkthrough to make sure it was all completed. - He checked on the property after the big 2024 storm in Houston and the day after day of closing to make sure there was no damage to the property. Those are just some examples of how he and above and beyond. Plus I sent him dozens of homes that I wanted to look at and we saw over 40 houses. I ended up picking one that he found that he believed fit my criteria the best and it did. ”
